All grant applications, reports and document handling are handled on our online grants system, Fluxx.

 


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Registering on the System

Before you start your first application, you need to register your organisation and yourself on our system.

Use the following link if you have never registered with us before (or if you’re not sure):

We manually review all registrations and will get back to you within 2 working days.

You only need to register once! After that, you can just log in to the system directly.

 

Existing Users

  • Forgot your password? Click HERE
  • If you had an account with us prior to March 2018, please RE-REGISTER HERE
  • Want to add another user from your organisation? They can register themselves, or, just email us their name, position, email address and mobile number, and we will create an account for them.

Accountability Reports

  • All accountability reports are now made online in our grants system – we do not accept paper or email submissions.
  • Accountability reports are generally due 12 months after a grant is issued, but if you want to apply for another grant on the anniversary of your previous grant, please aim to submit your report one month earlier.
  • New grants will not be considered until your previous accountability report is received and approved.
